• Restructured documentation into focused pages (Daemon/API, CLI, Runbook, Developer ramp-up, Store model, Bitwarden).
• Added MkDocs Material navigation and integrated docs into the site build/output.
• Simplified README and RELEASING guidance to link canonical docs instead of duplicating long-form instructions.
• Removed container-focused artifacts and references for now.
